Nothing quite says unusual onset of summer like tired eyes, sun kissed cheeks and the scent of jasmine wafting through the house.
Dampening this mood is the new show on Channel 7, Human Trafficking. Nothing quite says utter helplessness like remembering that countless women and children are trafficked daily to satisfy the sexual perversions of indescribable cretins and the bankrolls of those for whom Satan himself is in deference to.

Don't let it get you down too much. You can smell Jasmine! That's the Melbourne's most optimistic smell because it means winter will soon be defeated by the thunder and rainbows of spring.
I prefer the white skies, the frost and the clean slice of a tram through Melbourne's winter air, personally. There comes a point, at the end of summer or beginning of autumn, when a cold wind slides all through Melbourne, and I perk up. Winter's coming! Good times are on the way!
Spring's okay. Summer's very overrated. Winter, all the way!
does australia get as much sexual trafficking as europe? it has risen so much these days and is so disheartening.
When I was in Czech Republic there were 'German Sex Tourists' Germans crossing the boarder to get sex cheaper, of course the girls are woned by Russians and working off theri debt... its a diffrent life.
I saw that then changed channels to SBS and saw a "medical" show about cutting up people's reproductive bits.
It's enough to turn a person to watch "March of the Penguins" just to see something that isn't wierd or depressing.
What an enormously cheery thought. Thank you for sharing.
